Эксперименты с "сатанинскими" ночными фотографиями. Я, пентаграмма, свечи. Сама идея этого кадра принадлежит Денни Гурскому. Техническая организация -- моя. Комнату для экспериментов любезно предоставил Нефёдов Алексей; он же помогал нам при съёмке.

Этот снимок -- результат двойной экспозиции (сначала со мной в кадре, потом без меня).

Забавно, что эмоциональное влияние атмосферы этой фотфосессии оказалось гораздо сильнее, чем мы ожидали. Насколько помню, никто из нас не относился всерьёз к сатанизму и не был суеверен. Но когда нарисовали пентаграмму, зажгли свечи и погасили свет, обстановка оказалась настолько необычной, что захотелось говорить шёпотом. Попробуйте-ка как-нибудь сами :)

This is a night photgraphy experiment conducted in 1997. Original idea of the picture belongs to Denny Gursky; I carried technical details [like exposure, etc.]; Nefedov Alexey allowed us to use his room and helped with all the stuff. In the middle of the picture is me. The translucency effect results from the double exposure applied to one frame [with me in the picture, and then without me].

It's worth to note that the emotional impression of that environment was quite strong, although nobody of us used to take such things seriously. But it was hard not to whisper with the burning pentagram on the floor, the lights being off, and all the feeling of something unusual going on.
