UV light is substituted for blue, the green channel of visible spectra is green, and near infrared is mapped to red. Yes, the sky is mostly UV. The van on the left is probably painted with Titanium White, responsible for UV absorption and "yellow" color. And vegetation is "red" due to high IR reflectance.

Мультриспектральная панорама долины Скагит и горы Бейкер на горизонте. Синий цвет назначен ультрафиолету, зелёный -- зелёному каналу видимого спектра, а красный -- ближнему инфракрасу. Да, небо в основном "ультрафиолетовое". Вэн явно покрашен белой краской на оксиде титана, поглощающей УФ. А растительность, как известно, сильно отражает ближний ИК, что и обусловило её "красный" цвет. Апрель 2021.
